You installed my new Trane air conditioner in September 2009. I have been comparing my electric bills and thought you would like to know that they have been reduced by half. My electric bill from last June was $302 and this June’s bill is $217. This June has even been much hotter than last year and still it is half of last year.

I also want to thank you for all the quick service you have given me over the last 20 years. You and all the “team” are always so courteous and go beyond what your job calls for.

I forgot to do this at the time, but better late than ever. I wanted to let you know that you provided excellent customer service. I received my custom made A/C filter two days after your company completed our installation. Outstanding! In this day and age, where great customer service is the exception rather than the rule, this brief note is just to convey to you how pleased I am with your service.

I also like the fact that you offer solutions to common HVAC problems that will prolong the life of our new unit and preclude purchasing your products (stand up business people!) I have you bookmarked, and not that I am hoping for more problems, but at least I know where to go for help.

I am writing to commend the courteous and professional service I received from your staff. I called you out because I was having problems cooling my master bedroom. It was a Sunday evening and I feared I would have a heck of a time getting someone to come out. I had actually called you and another recognized A/C company, and your company was the only one to call me back immediately. The other company called me the next day!! You were so prompt to come out and assess the problem. It was found that a rodent had eaten his way through my duct work so all my A/C was escaping from the massive hole it made, not allowing air flow into my bedroom, and making it necessary to replace that section. The following morning you sent another technician to take care of the much needed work.

I am a single mother and I am very particular about service companies that I allow in my home due to my experience with previous ones. They try to confuse me, and because I am a woman, I sometimes feel they try to take advantage of me and try to sell me on unnecessary things, so I tend to be a little overbearing when service is being done. This letter is to recognize your repair man, Yandi. He was so kind and patient with me while I stood over him questioning everything he did. He pulled out the destroyed piece of duct work and showed me everything he was doing and explained everything to me. He even balanced all the vents in my home to get the most air flow in each room. He was so patient with me and so nice that I cannot to begin to tell you how comfortable I felt with him in my home. I tend to annoy service people that come to my home and most of them just tell me to let them do their work. I will always call Air Boca for my A/C troubles! Thank you, thank you!! My bedroom is now the coldest in the house!!

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with your company, and especially Bryant’s expert and timely service. In all of my experiences of having service people come to my home, I have never been more pleased with the priority I felt was given to my specific needs. My wife was eight months pregnant and already dealing with those issues when our A/C went out in the middle of summer! This problem occurred after 10pm in the evening, and needless to say, I considered this an emergency! Within 35 minutes of contacting Air Boca, I was not only contacted by the on-call technician (Bryant), but he arrived to my home and was working on the problem. Within 30 more minutes, he had our A/C system working perfectly. Not only that, but he showed me where our indoor unit was starting to get a mold buildup and he patiently gave us options on how to resolve this. We ended up having Air Boca install an electronic air cleaner and ultra-violet light system to insure my family and our soon-to-arrive newborn would be protected from this dangerous situation. I would highly recommend your company to anyone I know and will always use Air Boca for all of my home comfort needs. Kudos!
